Information We Collect

When you submit our inquiry form, we receive the details you provide: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, buyer type, equipment interest, quantity, destination, preferred trade term, and your message. The inquiry backend also records the public IP address used to submit the form.

How We Use It

We use your details only to respond to your sourcing inquiry, prepare quotations, coordinate inspections, and manage export communication if you become a customer. We do not sell or rent inquiry information.

Form Processing

Inquiry submissions are sent to our Vercel-hosted inquiry backend and stored in a Neon Postgres database for internal follow-up. The backend may send a notification to the team member responsible for this site. IP addresses are used for inquiry attribution, abuse prevention, and security review.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, handle quotations, and maintain business records. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at intl@chinacoalintl.com.
